It looks like Yaoi Otaku is corporate, and mangago is one of its branch sites. If you click on the Yaoi Otaku at the bottom of homepage, it takes you to their site showing all it's other afflicates, including YaoiMangaOnline, YaoiDj, and MangaLotus.
