I'm sorry but faraway home is kinda overrated.... People be spamming the "if I were a woman loving you wouldn't be a sin" everywhere sobbing like it's Shakespeare writing but I'd say it's pretty common and even better done in other stories that do have the religion and homophobia setting
My unpopular opinion is a stepmother's marchen and the forgotten fields are overrated.
The Forgotten Fields is just misery porn disguised as depth. The FL's suffering is the plot, the writing is all over the place, and the leads have zero chemistry. I'm supposed to root for a relationship built on trauma and obsession? Why? The story also comes ac...... 1 reply
