calories are the least thing you're supposed to be worrying about right now. read up on crohn's disease, leaky gut syndrome, liver atrophy, chronic pancreatic inflammation, lost gut flora and intestinal wall damage. all of these will make your life really expensive if you ever develop them brochacho 1 reply

i'm an extremely picky person so I used to eat a bunch of kopiko religiously to stave off my hunger throughout the day when food didn't sound good, but then my fam stopped buying them so I switched to cough drops. I got tired of the cough drops though (they were too minty and had an aftertaste after 4 or 5) and figured i should try to at least eat ...... 1 reply
