what's that one story you have to drop and why
I'm curious about the stories you guys dropped but would reread under different circumstances AND why
Mine was no home. I’ve read that one few years ago thinking it was all fun paranormal, cutesy shit. But when I read the chapter where the mom's car accident happened, I actually went spiraling I had to stop reading anything for years. It's funny cuz I've read much worse and heavier story but no home scared me real shit. I still haven't picked it up yet and who knows when

generally anything that has rape or anything as bad as it but they're so normalized in media it's actually so annoying ughhhh
If we're talking stuff that are REALLY uncomfortable though I dropped a a manhwa called "the boxer", some of the fighters pasts were kinda uncomfortable or unsettling to read when I was young. ...... reply
I dropped Kubera like 10 years ago because I was losing the plot and wanted to read it in 1 go when it was completed and to this day that shit is still fucking ongoing oh my lord 1 reply
I’ll drop any psychological story that’s upsetting and devastating to the point that I need to stop reading for my own mental health. I’ve dropped stories like No Zero Sum and Into the Rose Garden because of this.

Gamushara Mob Rape 2: Chikan Jigoku Hen (Kuroko no Basket DJ): I read this one in spanish. The title (in spanish) DIDN'T mention rape at all, and since it was a Kuroko no Basket DJ, i went in expecting a normal read. I dropped that shit after 3 panels. Pure garbage.
