You could be experiencing what's known as "stimming" ! It's a behavior common among neurodivergent individuals and people with autism or ADHD, etc etc. stimming can be through sound, words, or physical movements, it's basically the brain's way of coping with sensory overload, but it's also happens when your brain wants to express excitement ^^
