if it's already packaged and sealed from the supermarket I don't wash it cuz they already do that.
but if it's from the wet market I'm washing it as soon as I got home. wash it once, then pour a bit of vinegar and leave it alone for a few minutes before washing it again before storing/cooking 1 reply
