Do you wash your chicken before cooking or do you just automatically put them in a pot or cook them?

unless you're soaking your chicken in chlorine bleach you're not killing anything that could hurt you with a simple rinse. You're just splashing that shit around your kitchen. Cook it properly to the correct internal temperature, wash your hands, and make sure to clean surfaces and equipment, and you'll be fine. Rinsing meat isn't part of any foo......   reply
