Sugar is a quick cheat to give bursts of energy. I recommend eating fruit if you have it (strawberries, apples, peaches are good choices) but candy bars also give me a boost of energy. This is assuming you don’t want to use caffeine. A quick jog if possible might help, or if you really can’t stay awake, set a timer for 30 minutes and give in to......   1 reply

You most likely have iron deficiency and low in Vitamin B12. I'd advise you to buy iron and Vitamin b12 supplements. You'll definitely feel the difference within 2 weeks of taking them. I also had this issue but not anymore. But to be sure, go see your GP too.   2 reply

Smelling salts. I'd reaaalllly suggest seing an endocrinologist (hormone specialist) just to rule out hormonal deficiencies. As well as testing for narcolepsy   reply
