Exactly HOW TF do you guys deal with painful period cramps. Mine just started and I don't think I'll be seeing tomorrow's Sun rise ATP. Gimme unhinged tips idc. I want these GONE.
I don't get cramps or pains much tbh, even though my periods are irregular, heavy flow and sometimes goes over 7-10 days.
Only got slight pain few times and I just took pain meds or slept it off.
My sisters don't get much pain/cramps either.
