Does anyone have any hot takes I really want to know I think this will be fun. One of my hot takes is the series “Cherry crush” sucks imo because of all the misunderstandings and leaving each other instead of talking. The hot takes can be about anything not just series!!(⊙…⊙ )
Not really a hot take but this generation isn’t just “ unserious” most people are incredibly desensitized to the point that they make a joke out of everything. lowkey not even a hot take, but every time a cis person uses "tboy" to refer to a trans man it's just infantalising. "Boy" that's a grown man actually. Also calling any trans men, but esp pre-hrt trans men "twinks" is 99% of the time just the ally way to tell them u can clock em. reply
my hot take is that crispy, very polished animation does not excite me as sketchy, seemingly 'unfinished' scratchy animation, I can't help but feel more raw emotion in ones that feel more human-made. one of the main reasons I find demon slayer overrated too. People should understand that not everyone is going to view the world the same way they do. I was having a convo with my friend about relationships. And somehow we got into the topic of how most men cheat at least once in their lives. My friend disagreed with me and said that she thinks some of them do but not most of them and her perspective on it...... reply

hot take: harada, the yaoi mangaka, sucks. his stories are not a good deception of psychological personalities. like including a whole chapter with a detailed description of a child getting raped adds literally nothing to the plot, there are so many other ways you can explain that a character had gone through a traumatic experience without drawing ...... 1 reply

People can create and read whatever fiction they want, no matter how gross or disturbing it is - no exceptions. It doesn't matter how a fictional character is treated, what matters is how real people are treated.
