Turning into an Omega in omegaverse
Lets say a male beta turns into an omega in omegaverse, how exactly does that work, does he just magically grow a womb, why do they get pregnant in stories?
If omegas are designed after women,even if they grew a womb they won't get pregnant. You see primary reproductive organ in women is ovary not uterus( they are accessory organs).
