this may seem silly considering what kind of site this is but it has been weighting on my mind and i want to know what other people think about.
I'm recently 18 (the legal adult age in my country) and I've started to think about one particular thing, that is reading smut about highschoolers. i finished hg not too long ago but im starting uni this month so it crossed my mind the fact that it was kind of weird af to read about ppl younger than me doing the nasty, i say this bc i read a lot of bl lmao and a big majority of the stories (mostly the japanese ones) are set in a hg environment so maybe it fell in the "controversial" category.
in the bl community most ppl dgaf about those things bc i think it is the tamest topic included in bl stories but i still wanted to see if other ppl had the same thought as me, i will continue to read them either way until im 30 and die or smt but in the meantime i want to know.
is it really okay for a legal adult to read smut about minors?

It's not like teenagers don't fuck. I find it somehow weird when romance stories pretend to be extra chaste when for a lot of people a physical and romantic relationship go hand in hand, teens being no exception.
