How has reading manga/manhwa/manhua changed you?
The changes can be good or bad. This randomly just popped up in my head while tryna sleep. As for me it made me more curious about the world and try to see things in others perspectives just like the MCs in mangas(just generalizing it since its too long to seperate them) Ive read. It also made me true more new things compared to before where I limited myself to the things I was used to or liked. But it also made me doomscroll more lol and kinda made my memory worse with how much I read
It improved my English, it also made me more observatory of my surroundings and also things I didn't know about before that I knew now, such as medical stuff, cooking and logic. I'm not sure about the bad changes for now reply
It has helped me a lot! Gave me new perspectives on human relationships which helped me out with my own relationships with people. I like to think deep about a lot of things and reading stories help with it. There’s so many more good things too. I love reading and talking to people in the comments. One that helps me the most is learning English. It's not perfect bcs hello it's fan translation. But im glad that i can speak English well. Grammar is out of the window tho lol idc about that as long as i understand what i read and able to interact with people online.

It's made me admire Japanese, Chinese, Korean cultures, and want to know more about those countries, I also now want to learn Chinese, so I can read all the danmeis and watch many BL donghuas and just be able to understand and speak the language. I don't think I would have this kind of interest to learn a new language, if I didn't read mangas, manh...... reply
