What’s something that comforts you? Or helps you cope when you’re sad/depressed. For me it’s reading, isolating myself, a chocolate covered raspberry magnum bar, ramen, online shopping, my cats, Brie cheese, and doom scrolling (￣ε(#￣)Σ
My comfort comes only from accidental, incidental and/or coincidental causes.
When I'm freaking out I just freak out until I'm normal again. Which takes weeks. reply
Just simply crying tbh lol . It works too well that sometimes that even when i was just abt to cry , the feeling just disappear right away altogether like woosh . And i just sat there with an ugly scrunch like " ... oup , dont feel like it anymore .. welp" reply
