What’s something that comforts you? Or helps you cope when you’re sad/depressed. For me it’s reading, isolating myself, a chocolate covered raspberry magnum bar, ramen, online shopping, my cats, Brie cheese, and doom scrolling (￣ε(#￣)Σ
Dragging my fingers down my face, not too harshly, but firm enough that I feel it after i've let go. It's comforting to feel the phantom pressure reply
