I joined in the military. It was constant pain and agony. Most of my traumatic experiences have been blocked by my memory. I was molested and constantly getting bullied and targeted. Whether I was short, dark skinned or fat. It doesn't matter. I was crying everyday. I had anxiety disorder that made me constantly jumped at every sound. I canno......   reply

I felt like this many many times but I won't consider that depression. If you're feeling like this I can suggest you to try some things that are intense, like pick up a hobby , something that is not very easy to do and there's so many options to pick like hiking, painting, crocheting, any sports , research stuff etc etc. Idk who you are or anythin......   2 reply

Meds and therapy pretty much made me stop constantly asking myself "what's the reason for leaving" and "nothing matters" and now I just live. My support groups and passion for things are the foundation, and the meds just make it so the anxiety and depression don't weigh me down. I'm not living like a rockstar or anything and I still get nervous, ......   reply

How do I keep on living in life? Perhaps, it’s because I finally accepted that no one is my friend except myself. The way you feel? I used to feel that way. I used to think ‘Why I feel that way? Why no one understands that i am suffering too? What’s the point of it all? Maybe i should just left everyone behind.’ Then one day, i had a huge f......   reply
