Binge eating
Genuinely how do i stop nothings working. If ur someone w experience plz tell me what worked for u bc drinking water when i want to binge eat doesnt do anything i still eat afterwards. And i eat bullshit genuinely just stuffing my mouth with whatever i find.. Its sooooo annyoing what habits should i bring into my life to stop this
omg i suffer w binge eating too had this disorder for 3 yrs i still haven't recovered yet. but what helps me rn is fasting bro like js have designated times to eat ur meals, do ur absolute best not to eat anything during fasting hours. to make it easier, adjust ur fasting hours to ur school/job schedule, like for me i eat at 6am and 8pm, i dont eat...... 1 reply
