Do ya’ll remember your first manga?
I saw a comment about someone’s first BL ( Royal Servant, what an era) and it got me thinking. I read WAY too much to recall what my gateway manga/manhua was, especially 15+ years back.
I can only imagine it was related to one of the animes on Adult Swim at the time like Inuyasha or something from the library like Full Moon wo Sagashite, Maximum Ride, Rosario + Vampire.
While I can’t remember, the first BL I read had to have been in 2016 (which was such a solid wave of releases) because Killing Stalking was a constant source of chatter. Though many would argue it’s NOT BL lol.
Pretty sure my first manga that I ever read was Pokemon Adventures. First BL manga I believe was Loveless. Or maybe it was Junjou Romantica, but pretty sure that was my first BL anime I watched.
First shoujo manga was I believe Dengeki Daisy or Library Wars, but I am pretty sure it was Dengeki Daisy.
First anime in general, probably Pokemon if that...... reply
