Anyone else having memory problems?
Like the title says, I'm having serious memory problems. I can't even properly recall stuff when someone brings it up. I can't remember what I did like yesterday or a week ago if I don't constantly recall it. I'm in my 20s but this has been going on for years. Heck I don't even have a good memory of my childhood I forgot 90% of it. This is causing me serious problems because I'm in uni rn and have trouble remembering stuff that I need for my courseworks/exams or js anything related in general. Anyone having similar problems? If so have you found the solutions?
Try to keep a journal or even in your phone calendar or notes app
Just bullet points, to keep.it simple

Gotta push yourself to do it on a daily basis, best when you add things as you go.
Like if you pull out ur phone to check a notification or doomscroll, write a bullet down 1st
