Anyone else having memory problems?
Like the title says, I'm having serious memory problems. I can't even properly recall stuff when someone brings it up. I can't remember what I did like yesterday or a week ago if I don't constantly recall it. I'm in my 20s but this has been going on for years. Heck I don't even have a good memory of my childhood I forgot 90% of it. This is causing me serious problems because I'm in uni rn and have trouble remembering stuff that I need for my courseworks/exams or js anything related in general. Anyone having similar problems? If so have you found the solutions?
Honestly, it's always been this way for me. I don't remember my childhood at all and I forget things very easily. I guess studying isn't really a problem for me (I think it's as easy or hard for me as it is for others, I forget what I studied after a while but ig that's normal?). However, when I read or watch something, like books, manga, or movies...... 3 reply
