Anyone else having memory problems?
Like the title says, I'm having serious memory problems. I can't even properly recall stuff when someone brings it up. I can't remember what I did like yesterday or a week ago if I don't constantly recall it. I'm in my 20s but this has been going on for years. Heck I don't even have a good memory of my childhood I forgot 90% of it. This is causing me serious problems because I'm in uni rn and have trouble remembering stuff that I need for my courseworks/exams or js anything related in general. Anyone having similar problems? If so have you found the solutions?
Yo you’re not the only one. I can rarely remember some of the simplest things ever since middle school. Those three years were when I felt the absolute worst in my life and I’m taking a guess that’s the reason.
