Listing off stuff privileged people say and it makes me wanna piss on their walls and shit on their eyes
" You should go see a doctor" " I recommend you get braces" " You should buy these pricey fruits and meats from the grocery to have a better diet" " I suggest you go to a park/somewhere expensive" (commute fees just rose up btw) " You should go vegan" ( Vegan/organic products are much more expensive and luxurious goods here) " Just arrive earlier, being late because of traffic is no excuse so just arrive earlier" "Just take a taxi" " I'm sure your parents love you in their own way" " it's no excuse to be tardy in your assignments because of your part-time job" " Just buy a new this or that"

This post only makes the glaring fact even clearer how efficient the system is. It has converted the concept of essentials into a matter of optional choice. Public health, public spaces, public transport, affordable standardised food, reliable infrastructure, they are all as essential to living as it gets.
