Really it depends on who you're joking with, if they have a different sense of humour form you, just go along with them and don't try to do anything that might turn them off or make someone mad.
I'm not saying you should cater to everyone, infact I think that you should have friends that share the same sense of humour instead so it won't be too ha...... reply
