You don't have to lie. Just be honest about it and they should understand, if they choose to make fun of you then it's really not your fault. Don't become a jester looking for their entertainment before yours, and I really REALLY don't suggest you do any of the tips people gave you in these replies, it's not safe to force your body onto these thing...... reply
