HOW do ya’ll convince your parents to let you get a piercing

So I’ve been wanting a septum and side labret for god knows how long, but I’ve only started mentioning it to my mom like for a month. She says no but it seems like I can get her to cave if I push her more. I’ve alr said that a septum is really safe, easy to heal, and hide but she’s still not yet budging.
