For me I believe there would be lot more research and education on sex ed to the younger ones. About the hormonal changes, discard, period phases and everything.

I think the future would be Solarpunk instead of Cyberpunk. Solarpunk=living in harmony with nature without depleating its resources and still become a technologically advaced civilization.
