I got a buzzcut twice in my life, just be aware it takes a very long time (two years) to come back to shoulder length. And it's a lot of maintenance if you want 0 millimeters bald ! I prefer to buzz my hair once a month right now , so my hair are between 6mm and 1cm50 or something. I could go with 1cm-2cm too. But 0 millimeters at all time :-DD ha......   reply

Personnally i had a burn out and during that time I felt emotionnal roller coasters that were super invasive, and overwhelming. I called them '' tsunamis '' I was completely overwhelmed and it could last for several hours.
