I just get the period shits. On the first day of my period, the abdominal cramps are usually just felt in my colon and it goes absolutely crazy. I also sometimes feel cramps in my vulva lol, just slight contractions there. The pain overall never reaches even 5 out of 10 for me, so I'm lucky. Heating pads are a must still. I also hate the 1-2 weeks......   reply
