It depends on your goals, habits and circumstances. Like somebody said best way is to get tested / therapy, but if you want to tough it out find a healthy way to introduce "disruptions". Get out of the mind. Bath, talking to someone, time yourself (pomodoro technique or get an app that restricts phone access), cleaning your room, walk outside or exercise. It's not that everything is pointless, I'm just tired of my own chaos. Really, really tired. That includes all the chaotic, pointless thoughts and depression. It's that time of the year again. I kind of have a similar mindset but I am a proponent of just accountability; so a crime has a consequence. Separate from any compassion i feel for the individual. I don't think well of internet cruelty in general but I'm not gonna cry and place judgement on public outrage over henious criminals. I don't think anybody really deserves them.   reply

I'm not sure about how much tolerance you have on word density or story length, it's a hard tell so I just chose those with simple sentence structure / word choice and easy to understand premise.
