What do you guys do when you need a break from reading stories to focus on health, good habits and academics in general? next year is really important to me that decides my entire future and I don't wanna regret not doing anything when I had the time, closer the deadlines the more i use reading stories as an escape. I want to build habits that atleast lets me do something productive everyday, even if it's a small thing.
Going out. It is honestly refreshing, like i got out of the mental jail. Also if it's about taking a break from reading stories, actually put away your devices from reach/visibility. You will focus on something else if it's far away from your grimy hands. Use pomodoro technique to focus on one task. Like the other comment said, studying as a habit ...... reply
