Leave the city asap. I'll go to a supermarket, take canned food and go to a remote place near a river where I'll try to learn to cultivate things I guess. Make a study plan. Organizing things helps feeling less overwhelmed. And be indulgent with yourself. Take small breaks, focus on your breath. Don't worry it's just the beginning you'll feel better when you'll be more used to pressure and to having a lot of things to do. Fighting!   reply
