She got into a christian CULT (that is linked to conversion therapy, financial exploitation, etc) and ghosted me and all of my friends 4 yeas ago. Last month she got married, changed all her surnames for the husbands' and didn't even invite her own family.

I tried for years (diagnosed with depression and anxiety). Only thing that worked for me was starting martial arts when I was 13. Not that I'm against therapy, but I improved a lot, even stopped taking medication. And I'm also an athlete rn haha (yeah this site is my top secret)

Avoid caffeine and processed food in general.
I personally love drinking hot tea, I put together pear+apple+cinnamon+dates (these ingredients are good for women's health during periods), cook until it's very tender, and eat while drink this tea, it's the best feeling ever believe me

If you can't understand the lecture, briefly read the subject in advance so you already have an idea of what is going to be lectured .
Also, try to sleep at least 8 hours, the brain has to rest. Try to also lay your head down between study sections (I used to do like 3 sets 25 min study-5 minutes 'sleep'- extracurricular for 2 hours - repeat study......

No, but you should at least threaten to sue them...as you were chosen as the valedictorian based on X rules (customary), if they were wrong all this time they should have fixed it for the following years. Just stripping you from this title is unfair, and also straight up evil bc if this was not issued pubicly, it can 'help' nasty rumors about you

I think it depends how things ended ig. I had a boyfriend or two back in highschool, we're not that close anymore, but I still hang out with them sometimes, bc we ended things with no trauma, were young, still have friends in common, etc.
However, there are some people I got involved, especially in university, that I want their had on a stake, so......
