I've looked through all of my favorites lists, and it looks like Kagami Keiichi (Kuroneko Series) is my answer.
He tends to be super pushy and direct when he has a goal. So, even though that might be obnoxious at times, I feel like it would work out because I wouldn't be able to ignore him. Lol~ (=・ω・=)

Yokozawa from Sekaiichi Hatsukoi. He's exactly my type : intimidating, yet yet a giant softy, and fun to tease. He also has a face that can go from blushy-cute to stud with the snap of a finger, not to mention that he's a walking cat magnet, and he's good with kids, which is always a plus for me~

Hmmm...Probably Shion from No,6. He can be my partner as in friend partner. I really like his character, he's smart and nice and more importantly, he is accepting and is not judgmental.
