The ideal uke/seme combo is the one that does not get assigned to these roles and switch or at least leave it open. I second that one of the best examples is Dark Heaven. I like it when the seme and uke are pretty much on equal terms, both moderately manly, and are both pretty vocal about what they want and what feels good but not over the top. A good example would be Simon and Connor from Dark Heaven

Well technically those are all manhwa, but still good picks. For manhwa I would say 1) The Pale Horse, 2) Kubera, 3) Super Secret. For manga I would say 1)Akatsuki no Yona, 2) Saezuru Tori Wa Habatakanai 3) Tsubaki Chou Lonely Plant. Also really love Chang Ge Xing and Yi Chui Wu Yue Tiao Man Ji which are manhua. I was shocked and disgusted. It was probably middle school/early high school and I've always been sexually repressed and unhealthily religious (Christian). I only discovered yaoi this year (I'm 25). It was on accident actually. I started reading something I didn't realize was BL and it started out immediately with a sex scene. But it was so hot that I was instantly converted into a fujoshi.
