It depends on the situation, I'd have 2 different reactions
1. If it's in an inappropriate place, like it happens so much in yaoi I'd act naturally and do whatever I was supposed to do in the place while telling them it wasn't the place nor time to be doing such things and be more careful because they were lucky it was me who walked in on them.

I would grab a chair and sit- while they're having sex. Also I would say "Oh. Don't mind me. You can keep going" (ಥ ʖಥ) (Also, I'm new to this mangago thing)
