Because it's not just sickness, it's always unexpected and can be like final destination or a gruesome murder or even in sleep. It is something beyond people's control cause I've seen a news of a guy who went jogging like he usually did and a driver who's sleepy, suddenly ran over him and it wasn't even that killed him, it was the fact that he went flying to a grilled chicken cooking station and got impaled.
