[18+, anthology]
TW for side stories: rape fetishization, objectification of women, transphobia, cheating, S/M dynamic
+ childhood friends to lovers (main story ch 4-5)
I will never get tired professing my love for Yamashita Tomoko and i will never understand HOW the hell are her works so underrated on this site. Each of the stories here is well written with good dialogue and characterization. I love them.
[18+, anthology]
TW: tragedy for side story
+ multiple stories, the tragedy tag is not for the main story
+ main story is friends to lovers
+ manly couple
[18+, smut, oneshot]
TW: fwb, ignorant comment against transgenders
4.5/5 so far
[18+, school life, slice of life, romance]
TW: internal homophobia, homophobia
+ childhood friends to lovers
+ warm and fuzzy
+ awkward first love
Mita Omura is one of the best in writing heartwarming stories! This one is about Shishimaru and Leo who've loved each other since they were children. When they finally became more, they had to face Shishimaru's fear of being judged by others.
4.5/5
[18+, supernatural, historical, romance]
TW: pedophilia & rape (not between MCs), period-typical sexism, kidnapping, age gap
+ reincarnation
+ beautiful writing and art
+ bittersweet
An orphaned guy who had been able to see spirits since he was born found himself living with a mysterious man residing in the mountains. The man kept many secrets, and one of them linked them together. This was a bittersweet and beautiful story.

PG, fantasy, hurt/comfort, romance
TW: bullying
+ childhood friends to lovers
+ heartwarming
+ ML's god form is so fluffy i want to cry
4.5/5
[PG, slice of life, school life]
TW: SA attempt between MCs @ ch2, domestic violence, child abuse
+ childhood friends
+ good writing
+ good coming of age story
I'm debating so hard about whether to put this on the list since one of the MCs attempted assault on the other... but to me personally this is a beautiful coming of age story. And as someone who was assaulted before, i think this manga handled the matter respectfully.
4.5/5
[PG, university life, romance]
+ friends to lovers
+ communication ftw
+ soft and natural
Two boys who have been friends for some time finally became lovers. Plot wise there's not much happening, but i'm a sucker for mundane slice of life with well written romance between the MCs. I also love how supportive and communicative they are to each other.
☆ 4.5/5
[PG, slice of life, romance]
+ established relationship
+ domestic
Life in Our Hometown is about... literally life in the MCs hometown. It's full of domestic and family goodness, the atmosphere of the town, the people, and the relationship between the MCs is so enjoyable to read! I really love this kind of manga--mundane but heartwarming slice of life that makes you long to connect with people.
