In a very technical sense, this is only an example of "attempted rape" (he couldn't get it all the way in, but he got in enough to cause the victim pain), but I think it belongs here. The scene is terrifying, like straight out of a horror movie. It wasn't particularly violent, wasn't bloody or anything, just freaky.
This manga is beautiful and heartbreaking. It's definitely worth a read, but the ending is very bittersweet. Be prepared to cry.
Attempted, but it's messed up regardless. The story is shorter than it should be, I think. Not super satisfying, but not bad.
Another omegaverse story, and let me tell you, it's rare for omegaverse to include rape that doesn't end in love. The concept itself is all about losing control of your own body and choices due to the animalistic need to mate. This story has its flaws, but any violent, forceful, or otherwise unwanted sex is villain-stuff only. The seme is very sweet to the uke and emphasizes consent.
Definitely applies here, but the seme in this story is sort of slow and odd, so... some people didn't like his reaction to certain things. The guy has good intentions, at least, and nothing rapey happens between the main pair.
THIS. THIS is what this list was created for. Here is an example of sexual assault that doesn't have anything to do with the seme. And better yet, it's treated as something damaging and psychological, something that affects the uke's relationships from that point on. This is a very sweet, loving story with a kind, patient seme. If you're seeking hurt/comfort, check this one out.
Another omegaverse story, with emphasis exclusively on the hierarchy and not on reproduction. The seme is very sweet and loving, protective of the uke once they get past the "misunderstanding" phase. Multiple, non-graphic rapes, but only 100% consensual stuff with the main couple. Definitely worth a read if you like hurt/comfort.
THIS. This manga embodies everything that this list is about. It's heavy on the hurt/comfort, which I love, and the seme is kind and gentle in contrast to the horrifying rape. That being said, the rape IS very graphic, long, and disturbing. The psychological fallout is real, and nothing about the assault is meant to titillate. If you hate "sexy rape" tropes, this is for you. Emotionally intense, so bring some tissues.
This is another iffy, complicated one. Omegaverse, so rape is sort of a given, and usually it's by the seme. The rapist isn't the love interest here, but the situation is sort of... I mean, it's not as satisfying as it could be. This is a strange manga, and though I enjoyed it despite its flaws, it isn't for everyone. There's a really gross, consensual sex scene near the end, so be prepared. Either way, the main pair truly loves each other, and the seme would never force or rape the uke.
To be fair, I haven't finished reading this one, as it's quite long, but assuming no on else rapes him later, there is no rape to love here. This is an example of rape being a source of conflict and suffering, not an erotic start to a relationship.
As of now, it's only up to chapter 27, but I can guarantee this isn't going to be rape to love. Realistic portrayal of rape survival, from the confusion to the self-blame, etc. The assaults are awful & sad, but the seme is so insanely in love with the uke. Definitely not the perpetrator. Due to some crappy misunderstandings, he briefly lashes out purely because he's so hurt, but afterward he goes back to being the sweetest boyfriend ever. They're a very cute couple.
