Rape That Doesn't End In Love

If you skip the extra, the seme in this story is one of the sweetest I've ever seen in omegaverse. He's willing to physically hurt himself to avoid raping or harming the uke. He's never once pushy or unkind, totally respectful of the omega. This story is very sweet, though it's got its sad moments. Elements of hurt/comfort, though the full rape happened years before the seme came around. The extra isn't rapey, but he's a bit pushy, and it annoyed me. But they really love one another.

This qualifies 100%, but be warned that this manga is very messed up. It's sad and twisted, so if you like happy endings, you probably should skip this one. Multiple couples, most get a sad ending or a bittersweet ending. If you don't mind that sort of thing, though, it's an interesting read.

This is a pretty strange one. It fits the list, but it's sort of odd and ambiguous at the end. I feel like it had potential to be better, if it had been polished and smoothed out. At any rate, careful with this one if assault on minors bothers you. Otherwise, it fits the list well, though don't expect justice for the victim.

The love interest is literally the only person who's nice to the uke for the entire manga. He's incredibly patient and sweet. There's supposed to be a sequel, but I don't know if any of the abusers get their comeuppance. They don't in this volume. Not enough time for hurt/comfort for my taste, but this still has a strong distinction between rape and love, so it definitely belongs on the list.

All assault happened in the past, but we do see some of it. The main pair is very loving, and the seme is incredibly kind and patient. If you like "betrayed by a previous lover, healed by a new one" tropes, you'll love this. That was the main appeal for me.

Not only is it not "rape to love," but it's one of the few yaoi manga I've seen that realistically deals with the fallout of rape. The uke is self-destructive and miserable, and there's no "healing buttsex" to fix that. The seme is endlessly gentle and kind, and the story is quite cathartic. Definitely a strong entry on this list, in the top five for sure.

Haven't finished reading this one, but it fits well. 100% loving, kind, and patient "seme" (no consensual sex depicted, so it's more of a guess), lots of focus on the fallout of rape + the healing process. Sad story about gender identity and what it means to be male or female. The rape is of a minor, and it's very graphic and violent, so viewer discretion.

This is a pretty brutal comic, so tread lightly if violence and cruelty are tough for you. There is a happy ending, though, and I believe the story is worth it. Lots of sex, both consensual and nonconsensual, and there's an important theme regarding rape, so it's heavily featured regarding both men and women. Main couple has a rough start, but no sexual violence between them and lots of love eventually.

I feel like this could have been so much better than it was. It needed more time to really flesh out. There's this nice build up, then it just kind of fizzles out. It felt like it was a continuation of something else. I don't know. But it fits the list well. That part was top notch, even if it was all a little rushed.

This is another omegaverse, and the seme doesn't start out very nice, but that's just because he's a jerk. It isn't that he thinks he's superior, and he's never sexually aggressive or even forward with the uke. It does have some hurt/comfort elements, based on the uke's crappy life.
