Equality would be great but unfortunately that's not how it works which is why we should prioritise equity instead. Hyeondo sees him as an equal, which is great, but no one else does. Yuhyeon has no choice but to be reduced to his body. Even his father has said that the only way he'll get the job, even though he's fully qualified, is if he gets pregnant. The fathers intentions might be positive but it's still objectifying. Hyeondo doesn't see Yuhyeon as lesser than him so he doesn't really understand that no matter how hard Yuhyeon tries he will never be considered as worthy by most people purely because he's an omega. Hyeondo isn't an asshole, he's is a good person, but he's not thinking it through properly

i fear it’s not ml’s fault how other views the mc, since people have their own perspectives about this matter. to him, there’s no gender since everyone is equal. it might be dumb how he’s so firmed and never forgot the little bet he and the mc have but for him it’s the only way where maybe he can have a chance to be with the mc. he took that leap of faith cause he love the mc since they were kids. and as i said, after winning, he’s still gonna end up handing it over to the mc regardless since he has no interest with that position and would rather be mc’s follower or right hand instead.

Yes of course! I feel like I iterated multiple times that he is a good person. But Yuhyeon doesn't know Hyeondo plans to give it over so that really doesn't make a difference to Yuhyeon at all. It's ridiculous that he's keeping up the bet, although his intention is cute. Also I never said it's his fault how other people view him, but it IS his fault if he chooses to ignore how that makes a difference for Yuhyeon in his life. It doesn't make him a bad person, it just makes him a little dim. If everyone thought like him it would be easy for Yuhyeon which is why he doesn't understand the issue because he doesn't really consider that other people don't think like him

Absolutely. It's such a shame because it's so uncharacteristic of Yuhyeon to forgive something like that. And the story was so good before! I hope the author rewrites the last few chapters because of the backlash she's getting

Exactly. The mc must’ve known his father is behind all of this he thought the Secretary was just tasked to do it, although it’s half true and not, it’s still the secretary’s volition so sitting and asking the Secretary after being assaulted was such a dumb writing. And i doubt the author’s gonna re-write it since i never encountered an author doing that. it’s so frustrating how author ruins their work for stupid ideas.

None of these are ML's fault :

- that MC looked down on ML and thoughtlessly proposed a fatal bet HIMSELF,

- that MC has fuckin forgotten or been ignoring every single word of HIS OWN,

- that MC even cannot imagine LIKE ML DOES how 'an Omega who becomes Chairman just because an Alpha, a strong candidate, gave up the seat' will be viewed by others,

- that MC dgaf ML's pain at all and neglected his dedication to protect/support MC which "literally been working his entire life", every his sincere words/actions, and just kept tied him using conveniently without giving any CLEAR ANSWER him for OVER 10 YEARS,

- that MC is a brainless full of contradiction and huge lier, dishonest, greedy selfish psychopath,

- AND ABOVE ALL that the author forcibly added the absolutely UNNECESSARY 'bet' thing and suddenly unnaturally MADE ML DUMB, just to make MC got raped and cum inside by the MFing secretary.
