you should start with mangas probably. depends on if you're okay w smut or not. also depends on what gener u like in general. if you like scifi / action type "global examination" is a good one, it's very slow burn. "my love mix up!" is a great shoko/shonen ai peak, which i recommend as it also got a hetero second couple so the transition from straight romance to bl would be bit smoother. it's also funny as hell.

If you aren't sure if you'll like BL you can try reading something with a strong plot like "King's Maker" (9.7). There is a mature and non-mature version so you don't have to fully commit to the smut if u aren't used to it.
"Green Apple Paradise" (9.5) is a classic and pretty much just romance and doesn't turn 18+ until the third season.
"Park Hanhoo's Manager" (9.6) is one of the first enemies to lovers I read when I got into BL, so I think its a good start if you want something completely 16+.
"Payback" (9.5) is one of the best enemies to lovers I've read, it's a bit angsty though so I'm not sure if that's your thing.
