Do you guys thing what jaekyung did to dan is considered sa, knowing dan agreed to it?
(Just to be clear, I'm not a jaekyung fan)

I know this sound so dumb but I have a friend who asked me if I think it was sa what jaekyung did to dan (I said yes obv). So I'm also here to ask you people a question. ╥﹏╥

Well idk about if it is considered as a legal offence or not but it's an abuse for sure. Just because Dan was getting paid for sex doesn't mean he should be subjected to the humiliation and violence that comes with it.

i consider it sa because first kim was coerced , its wrong but its not sa with just this, its SA beecause kim dan realised and was scared and want to leave but JK forced it on him. and i also agree with previous comment , just because people agreed to have sex for money you cant just abuse them... and until the point i read in the story i never saw dan enjoying sex it was so uncomfortable so i just stopped. whats more JK clearly lacks basic empathy or commonsense when treating other people, like he was just an unapolegitic asshole but he is not doing it consiously , he just dont know if other people are in pain or waht , so i dont knwo how he will come to love kim dan but yeah...

unwanted and nonconsensual sexual contact is sexual assault and/or rape. consent is ongoing and revocable. if person A and person B agree to do actions 1, 2 and 3, that does not mean either of them have to do actions 4, 5, and 6. if partway through action 2, party A wants to back out and stop, party B must respect that, otherwise they are in violation of mutual consent.
besides the basics of consent in the midst of sexual acts, a contract doesn't just let jaekyung do whatever he wants to dan, and it's inherently unethical that economic pressure on dan leads him to "agree" to that contract in the first place. if you can't say "no" to something, you can't really say "yes" to it, either. this kind of stuff is where the more legitimate opposition and criticism of sex work comes from.

Kim Dan cannot say no, though. People conveniently choose to forget that. Just because someone said yes because they have no other choice is not a yes in the same sense they wholly chose it. No money, grams dies. Oops. Have sex with this psycho, have money, grams lives. Even an idiot can make a choice. And Jaegay used it to his advantage to abuse Dan, knowing Dan cannot say no. The answer is YES.
