I feel like that’s not likely given the main reason omegaverse exists is to allow men to have babies. Plus many stories in that genre are gonna be pornwha. Occasionally a story comes across that breaks that mold but I think josei is gonna be where you’d get your *intentional* abortion stories
tbh ur right but i feel like even in josei, or perhaps more accurately hetero romances in general, it's also hard trying to find stories where a female MAIN LEAD (not just side character or wtv) intentionally gets an abortion instead of getting a miscarriage and prioritizes her own health/safety/wants without the narrative trying to paint her choice as at least something "morally gray" :/ i'm all ears if you or anybody else has any abortion story recs tho!
