ON TWT ANNOUNCEMENT

Karebi June 25, 2026 8:59 am

A FEW MINUTES AGO, Jaxx posted on her twt account an apologize, plus, the work is being discontinued. I actually dont think the author is racist, i felt more like she didnt understand the magnitude of that historical event, as she said, and specific era she was handling. Glad she apologize by admitting she wasnt prepared enough to carry this event in history.

Ofc, my view of Jaxx totally change, im not justifying her by thinking she might not be racist but ignorant (racists are ignorants tho), but the chances of her to actually be racist are not zero and she demonstrate it. Maybe she realized, maybe her editor told her what to say, idk, but at least she apologize with exactly the things she done with this story and cancel it, hope she will evade it now on or hope Jaxx change her way of viewing slavery.

Hun, she is racist and you’re contradicting yourself. The moment she decided to center a white man in her story to talk about his struggles while Blacks and Natives were facing the most inhumane things you could imagine from white people, it was evident she viewed his whiteness as more preferable and streamable than their struggles and race. Keep up.
