your criticism is completely valid. the way korean authors portray brown /darker skinned person as savages and uncivilised while the white person as civilised and delicate it does feed racial stereotypes which is infuriating. orentalism and colorism is so normalised in fandom spaces if you talk about it you'll either get ignored or fans of the work will try to silence you
