MC said "feelings of wanting to eat meat" so i'm assuming that since they can't exactly source human meat ethically or without proper medical equipment/care (esp if it's just from one person) blood is close/good enough
Why is it tagged as cannibalism though? Isn’t that just a blood fetish? Or what is it called.. vampireism or something? If it was cannibalism he would eat the flesh too which is not what happening here..
