Now you're asking the real important questions here. I think it's possible, somehow. Cuz men omegas can still get women pregnant. I am not sure though, but I have seen an omega/omega tag on AO3 along with mpreg
Well from what I know, actually Omega men cannot get any one pregnant in general but this theory changes from author to author ,and each author shape their own omegaverse ,so if u were to ask me I'd say no. Tho it's true that omega-omega happens but it depends on the author on which theory they go with.
A thought came into mind about omega verse BL's.
Since omega men can get pregnant, would it be possible for them to get pregnant from their own c*m? Or are they shooting blanks in every omegaverse? Someone enlighten me.
