After Koi left her for some reason, Ashley became largely obsessed with pheromones. He was actually a good lover. Nevertheless, they got married and had children, She went a little overboard in raising her children, but she wasn't entirely wrong either. Still, He caused Grayson to become who he is.

Dominant alphas are all more or less phychopaths in the author's world. There are two deciding factors how bad it is: The age they manifest and later if they accumulate their pheromones too much and damage their brain by that. The former is the problems of 4 of the children -manifested too early/when they were born and the later of Ashley.
Another problem is that Ashley has trauma from his parents, and actually hates dominant alphas because of that. He hates that 5 of his children are dominant alphas and looks like him, like his father. Is afraid that one will turn out like his father. And he was jealous of his own children when it came to Koi's attention.
In addition they had too many of those children (5 dominant alphas and 1 dominant omega). His parenting was mainly focused to protect others from his children and keep them alive and unharmed for Koi. He didn't fix his childrens problems...he left that for their future partners.
Chase manifested later than his siblings, but earlier than Ashley. He feels and understands emotions, but has anger and violence issues. His pheromones mangement is a desaster, due it ignorance or is he really that dumb? I don't know. If Josh appeared later, he would have most likely suffered of brain damage like Ashley or worse. The sad thing is that probably Grayson bought him more time, since as I said his pheromone management was just bad.-_-
And Bliss, who is a dominant omega and should be normal, is silly, stupid, dumb, naive, delulu, and reckless. The only one of the children who was pampered and spoiled rotten. But still Ashley let him go to england when he was 17...and didn't really check what he was doing there. If we compare that to the way he monitored Grayson...lol
I've read Keith/Yeonwoo and Chase/Joshua so I know a bit about Grayson but what on earth is their family like? Have you guys read the Ashley/Koi story? Ashley Miller looks normal but why are his sons so messed up? Iirc Chase said they have more siblings. What are they like? Do they all have the same set of parents?
