Even an arranged marriage deserves respect. It’s not about gay or straight, it’s about having sex with someone outside a marriage. The guy even regretted it after. You really shouldn’t look at life so grey. There is wrong and right. Even if I was forced into a marriage (tho tbh I’ll probably kill myself before marrying someone I don’t want) I would never cheat. Not even to get back at someone. But I guess to someone like you, I might just seem like a little sad individual with no life.

he asked for kira's hand in marriage. In order to not piss him off when kira ran away they in turn lied and had him marry kiki. Any way you look at it he didnt want to marry a man, and considering what we now know, I'd say having him marry a man is bad enough to warrant the word worced

Dude he never wanted to get married to a man (at least in the first chapters) its obvious he was caught up in his feelings for the sister thinking she was the one he loved. They came to an agreement that they would pretend to be lovers. Not actual lovers. This isnt cheating because there not in an actual relationship. He didnt even fucking want him at that point
This is overall a good story, the ml is not perfect and deeply traumatized character. Both of them were not a couple when the "cheating" happened, they awere only in it for the show, and the ml did not define his feelings for the mc yet. So if that is not your cup of tea, then drop the story and leave. But start hating of this story like that just shows you are a little sad individual with no life.
