I'm actually happy that the merchant guy is the ml. Y'all have been too chronically on wattpad bc the priest is so obsessive and if she got w him she'd be trapped for life. She clearly doesn't like the church... and the prince may be cute sometimes but aint no way she wants to live that royal crazy drama life. The prince is less obsessive than the priest but he's still not the best character. The merchant guy is the only one who's future lines up with what she wants (she just wants to escape to a peaceful life) and who actually takes the time to get to know her slowly and has good character. The 'black hair cold dukes' don't really even apply here cause he's always blushing and worried for her. Sure he may have drugged her but that was for her health so honestly it just shows that he's worried for her. Also.. i'm sure the other two would've done worse (like forcibly imprisioning her or physically knocking her unconscious) for her health.

I tried this because someone said it was similar to return of mount hua but I disagree. The only similar thing is that it's cultivation and the mc was op and reincarnated 100+ years later. Everything else is different like the personalities, plot, e.t.c. Also wtf happened to the art it was already bad but it became worse. I hate MC's character and I feel like the story could've been good but there's no really side characters apart from the mercenary that make you want to read more (like the 5 swords in mount hua) so it gets repetitive over time. You don't rly get in depth into Mc's character either so he's just a generic overpowered mc... the story had so much potential but flopped.
